Galloway Cricket Club is a sports club in South West Scotland. It boasts one of the most picturesque grounds in the country and excellent facilities at the clubhouse which is based in the Cally Woods in Gatehouse of Fleet. 

Galloway Cricket Club has two senior teams that play in the Western District Cricket Union league. The club also runs two midweek T20 teams in the Dumfries and District League. 

In 2012 the club introduced a ladies section which has enjoyed considerable success already and continues to grow year on year. The Ladies team play in the Cricket Scotland Premier Women’s League and Cup during the summer season and take part in the ‘Wee Bash’, indoor tournaments run by Cricket Scotland throughout the winter season

The main aim of the club is the promotion of the physical and social advantages of playing cricket in South West Scotland – including men, women and juniors – and providing improved facilities for all to participate in the sport.

Youth development is one of the club’s focuses for the future. The club delivers coaching at local primary and secondary schools to inspire the next generation of cricketers.
